PULSAIR DESKTOP IS DESIGNED FOR BOTH USER AND PATIENT

0

Capable of making rapid and accurate measurements, Keeler’s user-friendly Pulsair Desktop tonometer also provides an open design to put patients at ease.

SPECS
With a working distance of 20mm, the non-contact Pulsair Desktop tonometer with chinrest uses advanced optical and sensor technology for positional detection and puff control. Exclusive LED illumination provides a constant and reliable light source for the alignment camera and the positional detection systems.

Its calibrated range is 5mmHg to 50mmHg. Software controls manage the measurement data—if two consecutive readings are within +/-1mmHg of each other, the Pulsair will inform the practitioner with audible signal alerts that sufficient readings may have been taken for that eye, saving precious time.

ADVANTAGES
The Pulsair Desktop has a compact footprint (475mm x 410mm x 245mm), which combined with its soft color scheme and open design concept will allow it to fit into any office setting. The slim profile of the tonometer head allows practitioners to help reduce patient anxiety by maintaining important visual contact with patients at all times during the measurement process.

In addition, the Pulsair Desktop is cost effective. It does not require the purchase of consumables—no drops, no single use probes or tips. Printing is under the doctor’s control, so these costs are managed as well.

EXTRAS
The ultra-smooth X/Y mechanism gives the user total confidence and control during the alignment process. Even the novice user will have self-assurance in making fast and efficient measurements. The device’s intelligent optical and electronic technology evaluates every reading to ensure the tightest range.

With the Puslair Desktop tonometer, Keeler has brought a new dimension to patient care and the management of space and time.
