The National Eyecare Facilities Conference, May 16-17 at the DoubleTree by Hilton St. Louis – Chesterfield, St. Louis, is designed to answer questions from private practitioners who are remodeling or building new facilities. Speakers will cover site selection, project planning, financing, marketing, contractor relations and interior/exterior design. Attendees can participate in an interactive Q&A with a panel of experts.
The National Practice Transitions Conference, Oct. 11 at the Eaglewood Resort and Spa in Itasca, IL, will take participants from start to finish on how to transition ownership of their practice. Topics will include gaining control over your business, preparing for retirement, tax planning, risk management, team and patient communications, exit by merger and more.
The National Exiting Vision Plans Conference, Nov. 1 at the Eaglewood Resort and Spa in Itasca, IL, will explore increasing profitability from or eliminating reliance upon managed vision plans. Topics will cover understanding managed vision plan margin contribution, negotiating with managed vison plans, maximizing profit contribution, testing the impact of managed vision plan exits and more.
