Ocuflox® Ofloxacin 0.3% Days 1 and 2 for bacterial conjunctivitis: Instill 1 to 2 drops every 2 to 4 hours in the affected eye(s). Days 3 through 7: Instill 1 to 2 drops 4 times daily.

For bacterial corneal ulcer: Instill 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye every 30 minutes while awake on Days 1 and 2. Awaken at approximately 4 and 6 hours after retiring and instill 1 to 2 drops. Days 3 through 7 to 9: Instill 1 to 2 drops hourly while awake. Days 7 to 9:  Instill 1 to 2 drops, 4 times daily.

Polytrim® Polymixin B and Trimethoprim Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) every 3 hours (maximum of 6 doses per day) for 7 to 10 days. Ocular Infections; superficial Bactericidal/Folate Antagonist Hypersensitivity
